About Brainova
A decade after sitting for entry tests in Pakistan with recycled MCQs and blind mocks, an engineer set out to build the one thing the industry refused to build for ten years.
Seven years ago, I sat for entry tests in Pakistan. Books full of recycled MCQs. Mock exams that came back as just an answer key. No one to tell me whether I was actually improving, or just running in circles.
It's 2026 now. My sister is preparing for MDCAT. Same outdated books. Same blind mocks. Same silence after every test.
A decade has passed. Lakhs of rupees flow into academies every season. And the student experience hasn't changed.
I'm an engineer, not a doctor. I can't teach Biology. But I can build the one thing this industry has refused to build for ten years — a platform that actually tells you where you stand, what's wrong, and what to fix next.
Brainova is what I needed in 2019. What my sister needs in 2026. And what every MDCAT aspirant deserves now.

What we believe
The platform
Brainova is an MDCAT 2026 preparation platform built for Pakistani medical aspirants. It runs entirely in the browser — no app downloads, no installs.
Inside, you get 12,000+ practice MCQs mapped to the current PMDC syllabus across Biology, Chemistry, Physics, English, and Logical Reasoning. Smart selection means you never see the same question twice unless you got it wrong and need another shot at it.
Full-length 200-question mock exams are timed to match exam-day conditions, with negative marking turned on so your practice score reflects your real score.
Past papers from ETEA, UHS, NUMS and other major entry-test boards come with step-by-step explanations — not just answer keys.
And underneath all of it sits the analytics layer: predicted MDCAT score, chapter mastery, weekly accuracy trends, and a daily revision list ranked by what will actually move your marks the most. That's the part that's never existed in this industry. That's why we built it.
